I've been pulled over twice before and only gotten warnings. Those were years ago. I was even speeding in a construction zone and only got a warning. I never been in an accident. You realise that warnings are recorded right? lol. Probably took a look at your license details, looked em up, found out you've had two warnings for the same things and went right fuck this guy.
