2 cups of rice to 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups of water.

Avi told me as long as the water is clearly over the rice, it should be enough. I don't think I paid too much attention at the time I made it x.x

I used 3 cups of rice.

Once I add the rice to the simmering water I let it cook uncovered until I can stick the spoon in the center of the pot and not have it fall down. Then I cover the pot and set it the flame as low as it can get and look it cook for roughly 15 minutes.

I use a pot. Rice cookers are for lazy folks. Also, messing it up with a rice cooker is even worse, lmao.
