I know of a girl who started dating a guy who has a stuttering problem, and after months with living with him, she started stuttering herself...

For me, I once dated a girl who snorted when she laughed. After months of being with her, I started snorting myself (I had never had that problem my entire life before meeting her)

I think it's fascinating and kind of scary that these kind of things happen.

It also happens to me when I get really into a tv show. I start talking / thinking in their accent. It happened when I watched the UK Office and then again whenever I marathon The Wire

Sure. My brother always seems to have a new phrase that he's picked up somewhere and if he uses it enough I start saying it too. It's a case of monkey see monkey do.

if I watch a lot of a particular person talking, I'll end up picking up his mannerisms and very slightly speaking similarly for a short while. it's kind of annoying and happens completely automatically

There's a saying in Vietnamese that essentially says that (something cheesy like, "If you stay close to the dark, then you will fade. If you stay close to the light, then you will shine."). My mom was always warning me in high school about it.
