I was hoping this gauntlet would be a little less predictable but with the snubs that occurred and the fodder(Even for healer units) that got in... there's really only 1 or 2 characters that have a real chance.

finally got my deathless run today while going for the last arena orb quest. 4790 was actually enough for tier 19, which means i get the 4 orbs this time and am guaranteed to get 4 orbs again next week (i think). pretty sweet.

Well 4 orbs if I did, 3 if I didn't. It would be awesome if I got a defense win at the last minute but this is probably a no defense feathers week.

Judging from those pictures, I would wager:
Robin has a Spear.
Tiki has an Axe.
Gaius has a Bow.
Fred is an Assassin.

Am I crazy for wanting the Fred most of all these?

Frederick is all but confirmed colorless. they've got an image of the sprite and it has typical dagger effect of -7def/res on foe after combat. and all 4 weapons are like Ragnarok where you get a stat boost with full HP but take damage when initiating at full HP. 2 to each stat and 2 damage rather than the 5 from Ragnarok (and has def/res whereas Ragnarok doesn't). i think the only other new skills were like the weapon exp skills from spring banner, but for SP instead of exp.

Freddy being colorless sucks. I already pulled colorless on the Bride Banner.


Focusing on Tiki first because I need more good Greens.
Then Robin.
Then praying I get Fredrick.

Or hell just one of them considering I pulled on Spring Banner and got fuck all.

I decided to level my Clarine up to 9 to give her Assault just in case.

They weren't even the displayed units for any of my friends, so i have no idea where they came from.

It's asking me if i want to befriend these people after the battle, so they're not from my friends list. IIRC, this is a new thing... Team Lissa is pretty dumb so far.

You should change your lead unit to someone else btw. Most people on Team Lissa are already using her so a second Lissa doesn't help.

I had this same issue earlier. Literally had a match with 3 Lissas with no attack ability against a green, blue, and red.

Was also able to win one match with two Lissas and an Olivia vs. two Lissas and a Donnel. Fortunately my Lissas had Reconcile and the opposing ones only had Heal.

I then went to the FEH board and found some people to add to rectify the situation.

This should be a PSA for every board involving FEH but


Do NOT have a healer as you "lead" character!

(That's the character on the top of your screen at "Home" for those confused, not the person you send into the gauntlet.)

I made this mistake myself by having my Robin as a leader last gauntlet, if only I knew.

Lissa got a bonus multiplier earlier today. I'm personally going to slowly start using flags outside of them to see if I can creep to the 1k slot.

If you put a Lv 40 as your lead, you face all Lv 40's, right?

not sure if you quite get this but the first character in your first team is the unit you loan to your friends. whether that's level 1 or 40 doesn't affect your own battles at all, unless you have that team selected when you fight. you can instead use the first character in any of the other 7 teams to do the gauntlet battles, and the enemy's level will be roughly based on that.
