I don't see any real reason for him to go out West. In the East, he can coast for the regular season and is essentially locked to start his "real" season in April or May. You can't do that in the West. Besides, how many West teams (Warriors and Spurs aside) have a better supporting cast for LeBron than the Cavs already do right now?

the kings have zero players that have real value across the league right now. unless something drastically changes by ridding themselves of cousins, they're probably going to be giving up a top 7 pick along with the #3 this year. it's not a bad gambit at all.
