Eh, most days I guess. I take pride in working out, it makes me feel good, and I don't mind spending a little on nice clothes as well (though not literally $200 jeans LOL).

Sorry, but that's a non-problem. Yes it would be preferable to feel it yourself, but you have all the excuses in the world to feel it yourself.

When nobody ever tells you that you are attractive you have no reason to feel it ever.

Trust these people in your life, because if you ever get to the point where nobody will say it to you then you will feel much worse.

It really depends. Some people I feel like I couldn't attract if I had a magnet while others I have to fight off with a stick. My ex tricked me into drinking with her and we hooked up and it made me feel so high knowing that she still found me attractive.

it's not like you gotta be a bodybuilder to be attractive

just dressing nice will get you some looks. Being clean shaven/shaped up with a good haircut will get you even more

all of a sudden you could go from a 4/10 to a 6/10 or a 7

I'm too heavy at the moment. But even when I wasn't, even when I was pretty good I never got looks. We can talk again once I lose enough weight for it to matter but yeah no matter what I did I'm not going to get looks this month, for example.

I get that, but that applies to people under a certain threshold. It's not like people like me or Boogie2988 are ever going to be found attractive even if we acted confident as fuck.

There is still a weight limit to that kind of thing. Which I'm working on, but yeah let's not pretend it's not there.

I know I'm stopping me, but I'm stopping me. (I think) because I'm being objective and objectively I'm too fat to do such a thing.

If that's wrong then let me know. I totally acknowledge the confidence thing, but like super heavy people probably shouldn't bother anybody by hitting on them until they've lost some serious weight first, am I wrong about that?

I'm not disagreeing with the advice, I've always acknowledged the importance of confidence. I just thought I failed the minimum requirements.

I said "no matter what I did I wouldn't get looks say this month" and that hasn't really been rejected or upheld. Obviously confidence is important to actual success and stuff, but I'm not even asking for advice, just wondering if I meet the minimum appearance requirements to even try.
