So in universe you have a high school student approaching a 5 year old girl, offering her a bouquet of flowers with a card saying "do you like me?". Outside of the show, it is important to note this guy is one of the head writers credited with creating the story for all but 2 episodes. Also good to note supposedly he was the one that thought the powerpuff girls twerking was a good idea. --- I am awesome and so are you.
