I was going to say "fair, next" but it appears there was a good chunk of time between the knife being pulled and the chair being thrown. They were separated and he went back with the chair as a "fuck you"

I don't know about this one. I am normally a person who says a man should defend himself. However he literally left the situation just to come back with a chair to hit her with. Most times when you do that you lose the right to say you were defending yourself.

If it was a case where she came after and he used a chair on right then .. fair next no questions. But him leaving and coming backs is an issue .

But than again he hit her she was coming after him. So there are so many variables here.

the video isn't good quality so it's really hard to tell, but you have to assume she's either

A) Stupid
or B) Has some sword of blade on the end

Really nobody can tell us for sure unless they were actually there, but you can see the point if you pause it, it pretty much looks like a blade
