Tell you what, when all health experts can agree if egg whites are good for you, I'll start listening to them.

The health industry isn't like science or physics, it thrives on confusion. That's why health magazines can say a lot of shit without many conclusions. I know water is good, I know reducing your calories in can be good, and I've seen several documented videos of people doing water fasts and benefiting from that. That's good enough for me.

I mean what does the health expert say should be happening to me right now? What should my body be feeling?

If they don't have answers for things like that but instead top out at "nope that's wrong" the frankly I don't care what they think. Because the health industry has "experts" that will disagree with each other all the time.

No sure. Honestly at this point I feel like I could keep going forever, and considering the weight I'm losing maybe I should keep going. I did want to go to the movies and It's only been once or twice recently on a diet that I could go to a movie and not get popcorn/soda. I fucking love that and our local theater has good popcorn/soda.

All progress matters, you can't succeed without progress. Yet you are insulting my progress as if I could somehow just be thin now.

Trying to find an excuse to tell somebody that is legitimately taking steps to better their life that "none of it matters" is just something a shitty person would do.
