Depends what the order is.

If you do abilities first, your opponent has 24 hours to do their own ability phase.

Once both players declare "Done," they have 24 hours to send in their rosters and terrain bids.

Here's how wartime goes point for point. (posting despite two previous posts because)

1. Attacker has 15 minutes to defer or not
2. Attacker or defender has 24 hours from that point to do abilities and say done, depending on whether attacker deferred or not.
3. The player who didn't do abilities has 24 hours from when the first player said done to do theirs and say done
4. After both have said done, there is another 24 hour time limit to send a roster/terrain bid, starting from the point both said done.

Shirou's build is just fundamentally flawed because it never uses a showing where he wins by being better, so it's hard to say what he's even good at (this is a subtle way of saying that if Shirou is in, his build should allow him use of Unlimited Blade Works).

Master Hand is either a glove or a reasonably fancy final boss depending on your interp, so yeah, makes sense it'd be ranked low
