Me: "When?"
Him: "He already is!"
Me: ".....No, do you even know what that means?"
Him: "Yeah, getting rid of congress people who aren't doing anything!"
Me: "...Yeah, because Mnuchin and Devos are in his Cabinet"
Him: "Who?"
Me: "Exactly"

He did drain the swamp. He got rid of the usual Washington insiders and lobbyists, replacing them with outsiders so outside that they don't really have any business being inside. Overlooking Ben Carson, the whole "people you've never heard of" certainly isn't a stretch.

He has an insider in the FBI. But since he thinks the FBI cant arrest people that's why nothing is being done.

He cut $1 trillion from Medicare. Where do you honestly think that $1 trillion will go? Wake up and smell the coffee.

Oh, by the way, @Zeus, how's those tariffs against Mexico coming? You know, the ones Trump claimed he would enact to "force" Mexico to pay for the wall and you vehemently defend? Why has Trumpy been silent on that lately?

That doesn't even make any sense. Do you honestly think that whenever a politician makes a budget cut that they're allowed to keep the money? Because that's not how it works, especially because we're running a deficit. More importantly, where the hell did you even get this trillion number from?

In case you haven't been watching the news -- which you clearly haven't -- Trump will be meeting with Mexico's and Canada's leaders to re-negotiate trade.

Not sure why you feel that's relevant, especially considering it's not illegal to do so and also considering that they *may* have fired somebody investigating them considering that politicians are constantly being investigated for something.

Literally nothing to do with corruption. Not just because there was no benefit to getting rid of him, but also because there's literally no issues at all. The one big thing was Michael Flynn for whom there's infinitely less than Hillary's email scandal.

Touché. The difference being they were all way more popular, well, barely more in GWB's case, though he wasn't as blatantly defiant as Reagan and Trump. I guess it'll depend if Trump finds his Oliver North.

Yeah Hillary's e-mail scandel where an intern used the wrong e-mail account and it was hacked where people found literally nothing illegal

That's much better than Trump continuing to use his own unsecured android phone. He's got the magic R on his forhead, he can get away with anything.

Sure, but Trump has the advantage of the GOP controlling both houses. While that's not useful for getting anything passed (thanks to the Freedom Caucus), it would provide a remarkable shield.

First, you misspelled scandal. Second, that wasn't Hillary's personal email scandal. Third, thousands of emails were deleted even after her server was subpoenaed and we're still not sure as to the contents.

As for Trump's phone, that's for Twitter. I'm not sure what state secrets you expect are vulnerable on that, but whatever they are they're more vulnerable for being posted on his Twitter feed. More importantly, any security on that phone is completely speculative at this point since, as the Atlantic pointed out, the gap in tweets suggests that Trump switched to a new phone.

You do realize how tech incompetent her deleting her own e-mails because she was hacked is, right? She was hacked, they had all her e-mails. For her to delete her e-mails she would have had to know she was getting hacked in advance.

You're actually implying she went out of her way to stage her own hack, and there's no probable cause for that considering it hurt her popularity. Even if she was just smart and didn't keep the dirty stuff on file, the burden of proof is on you.

It's literally

Who cares. His approval rating keeps dropping. Trumpcare is worse than Obamacare and people don't like it. Something bad is always coming from his administration. Just sit back and enjoy, because he isn't going to get a second term. The only good thing about Trump being President is that we won't be getting the Trump would be a better President comments. We now know for sure that he isn't. And he will end up as one of the worst Presidents in the history books. I just can't tell which is more entertaining though, Trump and his administration defending Trump, or Trump supporters doing all kinds of mental gymnastics to defend him.

Keep in mind that it took time for even Dubya supporters to turn against him and finally admit that he was a terrible President. It may take longer for a lot of Trump supporters, though.

You do realize that she wasn't hacked, right? Unless there was some new development I missed, you're confusing the DNC/campaign hacks with her national security-compromising private server.
