Not only does having bullet time turned on cheapen play, it actually makes it impossible to do certain No Alert tactics. Normally you have a couple seconds to knock out the person who spots you; you can actually make intentionally being spotted by someone immediately before taking them out part of your strategy (for example, jumping out in the open to throw them on the ground).
