You can just flag it and move on. I can't tell you anymore without know the exact site, but it doesn't really matter if it's a major site. The news claimed she committed suicide after video got out but I think her family said that so people could feel sorry for her and end the bullying at school. The lesson...youtube took down the video and the people who clicked on it to report it didn't get in trouble. It was the dude who recorded it. So TC, you should probably report the video. If you have no plans of reporting the video and having the person who made it and/or posted it brought to justice. You shouldn't have made this topic at all.
