Almost always. I sleep easier on planes actually, despite it being uncomfortable for me. I guess I'd have to be tired to begin with though

Other: Yes, but I don't always fall asleep, or try to. I've never been on a flight longer than 3-4 hours.

Long flights, yes. The handful of times I had to do transatlantic flights, I definitely got some sleep on the plane.

Shorter flights not so much.

I'm always asleep at some point in a flight. There was one that I fell asleep sitting on the tarmac (plane hadn't even reached the runway yet), and when I opened my eyes we were a thousand feet in the air. Slept right through takeoff. Which I was ticked about, because I always like watching as the plane takes off. One of the reasons I always take a window seat. And since I did miss takeoff, and then the plane flew over cloud cover so I couldn't see the ground, I just went back to sleep.

I wouldn't know as I've never flown on a plane but given the fact I'm a light sleeper and find it really hard sleeping outside of environments I'm not used to the chances are I wouldn't be able to.

I slept on the way to Japan and England. Both are nine hour flights from my home province. Kinda shows you how big the country is when flying east, and how big the Pacific Ocean is when flying west.

It might have been a bit longer. One was from St. Louis to San Antonio, Texas and back (I have some relatives that lived near there) then another from Nashville, Tenisssee to San Antonio then back. Then back in 2006 when my little sister, my little brother, my parents, and I went from St. Louis to Phoenix Arizona and back. Haven't flown since then.

Almost never sleep on planes.

The problem I have is that the seats don't go back far enough so my neck is not in a position that is comfortable for sleeping.

Other. I usually try and use the flight time to get caught up on my reading or 3DS games but more often than not I tend to just fall asleep. My shortest flight was maybe 30-50 minutes and I was awake throughout that.

So no.

Also I'm not really comfortable sleeping around a buncha randos. At any moment, one of them could draw a penis on my face.

A bus or some sort of public transit train? No. I wouldn't sleep there either. Too many stops with people coming and going all the time. But on a plane or a long distance train where everyone is pretty much stuck until the final destination? I'm fine with that. They can't rob me and be gone before I wake up and notice.
