Trying to Come up with Sequel to Great Gatsby

Ulti had been slain in his own swimming pool. Just another victim of the American Dream, swallowed up by the perpetual desire to seek out the life that can only be promised and never achieved. Perhaps his journey was greater than the destination. I mean, dead in a swimming pool of coleslaw is a pretty poor destination, so...

Stifled's cousin Daisy was eating cold fried chicken. At least, I think that's what I remember from the books. Seemed like an odd detail but whatever, F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Stifled went to Ulti's funeral. He was one of two people. The other was Alex Jones, who insisted that it was conspiracy led by the social elite, but Stifled rolled his eyes and left.

Stifled realized that Ulti's downfall could be his boon. Stifled patented the Coleslaw Swimming Pool, and was swimming in dough (figuratively) while his customers were swimming in cabbage (literally). However, this business venture made enemies... including Ulti!

Ulti had faked his death so that he could lead a business empire from the shadows, but Stifled had stolen his plan. Ulti challenged Stifled to a duel, to be held at midnight atop the Empire State Building, but Stifled said no.

The Bird and The Croc

Vaz'kar had been traveling for a while and finally found a good civilization to relax in. He was particularly hungry, so he looked for a gourmet restaurant. He found one called "The Mouth in the Swamp". It had very good reviews, so the feathered man made reservations to attend the establishment for the evening.

To appease their bird guests, the restaurant served their food in the teeth of crocodilians. So, a blue lizardfolk came to Vaz'kar's table. He opened his mouth wide. Vaz'kar scoffed. "This creature is too amateur in his presentation. I demand proper service!"

The lizardfolk spoke up. "I thought I was just here to eat, not serve." He then ate the food in his mouth and started eating food that other customers had on their tables. Vaz'kar shrugged, but when the lizardfolk moved to start eating the customers, he knew he had to stop this nonsense.

"Cease these activities at once! People are your friends, not your food!"

The lizard spoke. "I do not comprehend friendship. Only food, and soon to be food."

Vaz'kar dominated the lizardfolk, and tried to make him fit in society, but he still ate everything. So he was put in a zoo.




My writing quality is subpar right now so I will pick this up later.
