SMRPG is the least SFF'd of the options today. It's the only Square game there and the only RPG, which helps enormously.
AFAIK, it's also the only one for which there's never been a re-release/sequel in exactly the same manner. Paper Mario is a pretty drastic shift away. --- yet all sailors of all sorts are more or less capricious and unreliable - they live in the varying outer weather, and they inhale its fickleness ... I wonder if people are thinking one level deeper like "Why bother voting for locks to be on it, by voting SMRPG I can make a statement! It's not like if it got on it would be bumping off ALttP."

I don't know why you would vote for any game that's available in other formats when you could pick one of the ones that's difficult to get .

I guess it also helps it that it's a less likely game to appear on a SNES classic than most of the options.
