Well, that settles that.

Yoga was difficult last night. I underestimated how much I'd have to be holding up my own body weight. Doing that after hard work at boxing had my arms shaking like I had Parkinson's. A couple of the positions I couldn't do fully since I'm so unflexible. The sutle music and soft spoken instructor helped provide a somewhat soothing atmosphere though. When she turned the lights off and had us lay down at the end, I swear I was about to fall asleep.

I doubt I'll but a membership to that gym for this but it was worth trying it out
