SovietOmega 03/23/17 6:43:33 PM #9:	Don't Hug Me .I'm Scared JonTronShow Auralnauts I was hoping that ComicsExplained was gonna be something like 'look at this funny comic strip, now let us ruin the joke by explaining what the punchline is'. What I got instead was something like the Star Wars channel yesterday, but for comics. I do love me some superheroes...mostly the DC half, though Marvel's got some good things going on too, but I'm content loving them in mediums that are not comics. Give me an animated series any day. Or CW's Arrowverse. Or Marvel's cinematic universe. There's definitely some cool stuff in the century of lore built up in comics, but I don't usually care to delve into it. I type all that, only to discover that the other channel is the source of a beloved youtube video I saw years back that occasionally pops into my head out of nowhere. There's no way I can't not vote for this, despite this channel only having a small handful of videos. I did not know they made more! There's some recent politics surrounding ol' Jon, but that shouldn't matter with regard to his content, which I've usually enjoyed. Well presented with good editing and humor. The other channel would have to be something pretty special to make me go for it over the entertainment Jon's offered me. a few videos later Alright...I'm seeing some things I like and the guy's got an agreeable presentation style. It isn't enough to sway me from JonTron, but it is far more than I was expecting, and I shall be digging through some more stuff thankful that this contest is doing its job of getting channels like Robbaz some more exposure. Why are the channels that talk about truth and freedom always the crazy ones? This one doesn't seem as 'out there' on the surface, but that probably makes it more dangerous. Come on Auralnauts, just be something marginally not terrible and you've got this! ...welp, turns out Auralnauts is not only not terrible, it is pretty darn amazing! Now, it might be that I am just temporarily impressed that it is not the other channel, but i'll definitely scope more of this channel out.
