This is just very uninspired. The combat doesn't look at all satisfying, the animations are choppy, there seem to be as many QTS as RE4 and 5 combined, and the visuals actually seem worse than 5's. What's up with those weird textures on Leon's hair? If this is what we have to look forward to, then I won't be dropping $60 on this. =(

Well for some reason the guy playing wasn't going for headshots so maybe that's why. Didn't get much chance for roundhouse kicks, I guess. It at least looks scarier than 5. And the only QTE's I saw were the usual ones to free yourself when the enemy catches you.

The shooting's different and super zoomed in. And judging from the other video we've seen, headshots aren't especially effective (I've seen them literally not flinch in the slightest when shot in the head), and shooting them that many times in the arms/legs would trigger a melee prompt if it were RE4/5 too.

It looks lazy and pretty bad. It's like they tried to make it more like Operation Raccoon City instead of either of RE1-3 or 4-5.

If I ever get into this series, I'll make sure to start with RE4 or before and "clean out" most of the older REs before making a decision on RE6.
