Basically, you can cut the level up into four areas: alligator, turtle, shacks, egg. Check in the turtle quarter.

I died in a rather embarrassing manner

I leaned that Beak Dive move while you're flying

I tried to attack a snow man, but missed entirely, hit the water, f***ing died cause I was on my last health, and my corpse kept the momentum and flew to the otherside of the map

didn't see that coming

okay so theres this family of bears that are awaiting their dad to return from going out and getting presents

but hes taking so long that the kids have begin worrying about him and started CRYING over him

when I go out and help the dad out, who was on the ground sick from eating a jiggy, the first thing he does is LOL TIEM TO GET ON MY SLED instead of going back to his children

I have to go out and keep his children from crying by going out and getting the presents as a distraction from the fact their dad hasn't return

I got all of the notes, mumbo tokens (I think), the honey combs, and the jinjos. I have 9 jiggies. I think I have to race the dad again for the last one, but it requires the speed shoe power up which I don't have. looks like I'll have to come back

Tooie does it better than simply "oops, you don't have this power yet, better come back later."

There's some really nifty level-connections in it. For example, there's usually a boulder or something that you can break in a lot of them which will allow a train to transport various s*** from level to level. That's just one example, there are even more where you'll find a secret passage somewhere that will take you straight from level to level by simply walking.

Good instinct. You can do almost everything there as is, but it's actually the seventh level.

Beat the game and they'll tell you all about it.

And yeah, I don't like that the entire game can be done linearly except for ONE JIGGY either. I don't mind it if it's a common theme, but to just have it happen ONCE is kinda jarring.

I always just go to Gobi's Desert before Freezeasy Peak, get the Speed Shoes and only the Speed Shoes, and then exit and go back.

okay, I got about 6 or 7 jiggies from the mansion place last night

the problem is...I'm not entirely sure what else to do now. I went inside all of the houses (well at least I think. the shed, the one with the sleepy ghost, and the one with the Organ Pipes)

I found Mumbo and transformed into a pumpkin, but the thing is, I never found any areas where I was like "Oh I definitely need to be smaller to get through here!" so I dunno what to do with it

I found ONE place you can fit through, in the first building you run into. its one of the drainage pipes that the gutters lead into. and theres actually a jiggy in there, but I can't jump high enough to get it

I forgot to mention, I DID find a window that you could jump through

there were loads of eggs and feathers in there. And even a picture of a pirate. I actually know who that guy is, he was the original bad guy when they were developing this game for the SNES (though it wasn't about Banjo at the time)

how appropriate, an easter egg in a bonus room full of eggs!

okay! in the maze garden, theres a small hedge that leads you to the top of the maze, and from there, you can walk on a wall that leads back to the house, which is how you get on the second floor

I got two jiggies!

now all I need is the final Jinjo and the final notes

I never did manage to beat Banjo-Kazooie. The last boss was pretty tough for a platformer, or maybe it's just because I was 10.

I found an underwater passage that leads into a room that has a red industrial looking building but I can't get up there
