If you're talking about DYL and pj, that's just them being them. They're just like Lasa, they like to repeat the same thing over and over again because they 'like discussions' even if they are discussing with blatant trolls or something

It's just sometimes I think there's something legit wrong with him. I'm not even using that as an insult, sometimes he just makes me wish I could do something to "help" him.

I don't do the "arguing with trolls" thing all that much anymore. That being said, I don't understand why arguing for agument's sake to pass the time gets so much hate, while people who troll horribly are often seen as awesome and hilarious. I personally think having an argument is a lot less bad than posting stuff like "XFD damage control" ad nauseam.

I took my pound of flesh there already as well. I could suggest some video games to play, some books available online to read, or I could even have you contribute to a short story if you enjoy typing so much.

When your goal is not to be the worst thing on the board generally you don't succeed by too much.

The thing about MWE that's bizarre to me is the fact that he slowly ramped up his trolling over the course of like, half a decade. He originally just kind of posted normally from what I can remember, although he had misleading links in his sig. They'd be labelled stuff like "bikini pic of my girlfriend" and the picture would be of an overweight girl covered in acne (who thankfully was not in a bikini). It's for this reason I'm sure that pic on the wiki isn't actually him...which makes people trying to mock him for it kinda pointless.

But yeah, after a while of posting normally, he started trolling, but he'd do it with quite a bit of subtlety. He wasn't very aggressive at all about it, and oddly enough, barely anyone responded to it. I remember some WVI topic about how he was the most passive troll ever or something like that, but that was probably the biggest reaction he got.

But now that his trolling has ramped up to incredibly obvious levels, somehow more people are falling for it.

"Having stupid arguments" is not something I need to do to keep myself occupied or something I do often, I just do it occasionally

And It's not like I flood with the board with stupid arguments - if LameJokeAlt makes a topic and I start a serious argument with him, it's incredibly easy to, you know, not read the topic. Again, I don't have the slightest clue why this bothers people here so much.

I don't think you have a clue about a lot of important things from my understanding of your posts!

Sure, I see how it's weird, but again, why do people feel so strongly about it? I've had this "LASA ARGUES FOR ARGUMENT'S SAKE" stuff thrown at me for years as if it's a cardinal sin, and in this topic we have Vincent saying I'm very thick and Chris saying I'm close to the worst thing on the board. I don't see why it's a big deal, especially when there are lots of things happening on the board that should be far more bothersome than me participating in a stupid argument.

True story: When me and Sess used to troll because we were trying to find a way to make the Board fun again, there was a list of like 4-5 people we knew we could milk 100 post topics out of.

Lasa was always one of them. Always. That guy is the most fascinating person on the board because he's so smart but constantly makes himself look dumb by arguing things he has

It was marvelous.

Not sure what you're referring to here - I assume our alpha/beta discussions. At the core it's like this: you think every beta in the universe should put in an effort to become an alpha, and I don't. Which is fine, but that has nothing to do with "winning" or me "knowing nothing." It just means we have different opinions.

Though I should be clear

I'd also purposely take the stance opposite non-trolls just to argue/debate something.

So in that regard I was kinda a dick.

Also, I don't think I've ever tried to have a serious debate with Sess, but I did think realo was for real in those alpha/beta debates. So yeah, if he was trolling, he got me there. I do find that disappointing, I'd prefer if he was actually trying to have serious arguments with me.
