What a "surprise" this is. It's only been about 5-6 years since it was announced and all we've really seen are a couple screen shots, revised look for the male lead and a 1-2 minute video of some action. Maybe it'll show up at E3 2015.

Does anybody really care at this point? A game we've only seen a small bit from has once again not shown up to the most popular gaming expo. I think we can safely assume that this thing is the next DNF.

TheKoolAidShoto posted... SIX YEARS! WTF, S-E!? I wanna see which development hell HD Japanese game gets released first, Versus XIII or The Last Guardian.
The Last Guardian. SSM working on it means it should come sooner than later.

From: ninkendo | #010 can't wait for it to be rebranded as FF15 like it deserves. World map with dungeons and towns yes please
this actually sounds pretty likely. they've had to have put enough work into it by now that the only thing holding them back is putting too much work into it and now they have to market it correctly.
It isn't definitive if theres a surprise announcement about it and it certainly isn't surprising. That whole triple release package of FFXIII was an absolute disaster.
