From: thundersheep | #449 What did you think of this years 24/7?
I didn't watch it, and yes I do hate Scott Hartnell, he's an ugly c***.
Like, I loved the whole Hulk Hogan thing but I hate all their players. Now, it's not in the same way they all hate the Penguins, mind. They refuse to give any of the Penguins players (Crosby especially) credit for even being talented, mainly because they're all mongoloids without frontal cortex capacity, but I will at least give guys like Giroux and Briere credit for being excellent hockey players. Although if Giroux continues playing like he did tonight and the Flyers go out, you can bet I'll be sitting here crowing about how the "BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD" sure did lead his team to the Stanley Cup and all that.

What's your opinion on Mr. Universe though?

Never underestimate the power of stupidity in numbers. ~War13104 Never stoop to the level of idiots. They will drag you down and beat you with experience.
And don't get me wrong, Sestito and Giroux are far more gutless and cowardly, and if Hartnell wasn't in orange and black I might not care too much. I name him enemy all the same

Donny: Are they gonna hurt us, Walter? Walter: No, Donny. These men are cowards.
ShadowHalo17 posted... No Pietrangelo and Quick is in their heads.
Also Elliott isn't as good of a goalie as Halak is. He was always worse than his numbers showed, and he's always been a streaky goalie.
It's unfortunate that probably their two most important players if they wanted a long playoff run are injured, but they are. The team just needs to man up and play.

Can you imagine what I would do if I could do all I can? Cincinnati Reds - Ottawa Senators - Atlanta Falcons
The Kings feel like the best team in the league to me right now
Or are the Blues just that bad?

They didn't just lose that game, they got demolished.

Yes because Pietrangelo wasn't there and Quick was in their heads. They didn't play at all for the first period, absolutely no defense. I've never seen such a terrible period. They cleaned up a little in the second and third, but I imagine the Kings weren't playing as hard because they knew the Blues couldn't catch up.
The Blues also need more experience, I suppose. Next season we'll have some new players that will hopefully give us even more depth. If only we could find a top pairing for Pietrangelo because Colaiacovo is not good.
What a hard-fought, competitive hockey game. Loving this. Just good clean hockey without all the goonery and questionable officiating that plagued the early rounds.

From: SmartMuffin | #460 Ulti and WC show up whenever they win a series.
And Ulti being a Flyers fan makes no sense. He has no problem pulling against the Phillies in baseball (see 2009 World Series for example), but less than a year later is pulling for the Flyers against the Blackhawks.
The only time I've ever pulled for a Philly team in any sport was when the Eagles played New England in SuperBowl XXIX, and even then, I had to think about that one.
