It was interesting until the part where Naomi Hunter might be in it. Boooo.
.....But that aside, a game that explores the gaps in between MGS3/PoOps and Peace Walker, and Peace Walker and Metal Gear would be cool. As would straight Metal Gear remakes.
Yeah, some of this makes sense with the images that were released--Big Boss, the dog, 'Diamond Dog' logo, what we know about the MGS story post-PW, FOX engine screenshots--so it wouldn't be surprising if some of this is accurate. It'd be nice to focus on a young Snake, but Kojima seems to want to stay away from him since MGS4.

I seem to remember CVG posting a bunch of absurdly left-wing articles as ME3 developed but most of this sounds pretty damn reasonable. I'll send it to my friend Kalin (a fellow Bulgarian, Vlado, although he lives here in the States now) and see what he thinks; that guy is the biggest MGS diehard I'll ever know.
It'll be nice when they decide to start fresh with a new MGS story. We're at that point now where there's nothing else I need or want to know about these characters. It's becoming more of a handicap for the series than anything.

The twist in this game should be that Metal Gear is not s tank, but the Metal Gear from the unknown masterpiece Snatcher and this game is actually a sequel to that game. Sure it would piss of a lot of MGfans but hey we all know that a Snatcher sequel would sell 20 times more if it had Metal Gear in the title.
