I usually don't get sick of them so it's easier to just say the battle theme that I did get sick of...
Which would be Chrono Cross... But not Gale like most people would suspect, I actually really like Gale. It's a bit (ok, very) unconventional, but that's what makes it interesting...
No, the song that I got sick of was that god damn "Magical Dreamers"! Sure, it's all catchy and stuff, but if you're forced to listen to it over and over and over without pause while clearing out that village which in the first place is a terribly boring task, that catchiness will start to take its toll on you...
But most importantly, the super fake electric guitar is just terrible, if it weren't for that it probably wouldn't have been bad at all...

....Well, really most of them. Like most people are saying it's easier to think of games where I hated the battle theme after a while. Chrono Cross, FFXIII, Digital Devil Saga, SMRPG, and I'm probably in the minority on this one, but FFX.

They aren't necessarily bad, but at some point I just go "ugh I get it" and do not want to hear them anymore. Hell DDS and SMRPG I haven't even finished and ugh those battle themes.

FFX, which is my favorite game and favorite OST, I was still soooo tired of
