I picked the "I don't really give a crap" route, and now I'm fighting Yamato, the last of my adversaries.
I hadn't had as much trouble up to this point that brewing up a few new demons hasn't fixed, but the dragon kid's giving me a ****-ton of problems. I figured out early to just let the supporter demons do whatever and not to touch them, as it makes Yamato nigh-invincible, and eventually just tried to cheese him with an Evil Flow demon, and attack him from 6 spaces away, but even with my fused-for-magic Maragidyne-wielding demon and my main character weren't enough to take out more than one of his side-demons, and he just brings them back to life and fully heals the party as soon as another skirmish involving him pops up.
Is there anything I'm missing, or do I just need to throw even more at him? My guy's level 55; I can't imagine that would be underleveled for this.

Yeah, if you throw a Dragon-Kishin team at him you should be able to knock him out fast. Alternatively, it IS possible to wear the revivers out, but it's a serious pain.

Holy Dance is a lot more effective than any of the dyne spells when it comes to magic I believe. Alternatively Multi-strike is beastly, but I think Yamato may have Phys Repel in that fight, I can't remember. Besides that, as mentioned a Kishin and Dragon/Chaos Wave should help a lot if you aren't able to down him in one turn.
And yeah, the three of them were repellant, draining, and null respectively against physical attacks, or I would've sent Keita after him. As such, I had to Megido him to death from afar instead; no problem.
Thanks, everyone.
