...also how can you talk about Cless from Tales of Phantasia, a game that has only had a really bad GBA port outside of Japan, yet go lol to Sanger who's had two stateside releases in a series that's at 3 right now, with 2 being some of the best games of the GBA at that.

makes no sense there. the real surprise - and snub - is the lack of Haseo hype in the .hack group. strange that they'd pick the original series for it. then again it's a game that has Ulala so hell yes.

...okay, something that won't be ninja'd is wondering why cyrille and toma from shining force exa. hell, why shining force exa. they're the two leads but... still. exa's a strange one to pick. was it just really popular in japan or something? the game was actually surprisingly good, but it's..... weird. you'd think they'd go after at least someone from the mainline games or something, not a single spinoff game.
