Kings have Hawks up who have been having some internal issues with Smith asking for a trade. Hopefully we can capitalize. After our battles with Portland and Memphis I was worried about Atlanta, but I think we are ready.

Yeah Stiesma. Dude looks like he has a good future. Think he is with a good coach too. If he gets traded him going to Houston would be crazy to work with Mchale. I don't know his game but he has been touted as an amazing big man and has the background to back it up.


Clip show looks so lost without Blake or Paul on the floor. Surprise Mo Williams doesnt take that time to go beast mode. The crowd is terrible when Blake isnt around and they need to help their guys get it together. If anything they should be louder!

If Bogut is healthy, I can't see how this is a bad trade for the Warriors, without looking into finances that is. What the Warriors need is a defensive presence. They have enough offense as it is. Yeah, they could have probably received a better trade for Ellis, but they haven't done anything with him in the seven years he has been on the team. Why not try something different? They still have Lee and Curry after all and they weren't going anywhere this season

Consdering they lost by 1 I think the Tech is the worst thing out of that.

Kinda sucks I have been toting Thunder as a FIFTY minute team let alone 48, but yeah. 48 minute team play is the key to this season. I also feel just veteran coaching. That's the big reason that Spurs are so good this season. If Jackson and Sloan stayed through this season Lakers record is way better as is Jazz

Since I cannot figure out a way for Kings to trade for Rondo and still have a workable team I have a new somewhat realistic hope. We keep our group til off season, Dwight gets DWill to come to Orlando and then we give up Salmons or Hickson and a pick for Jameer Nelson. I think we have a strong squad with Nelson at the point an Thomas coming off the bench

I told people I'd rather have Corey Maggette on his current contract than Carmelo on a max deal.

Granted, they both suck now but at least Corey is a free agent in 2013. Carmelo is still owed $66 million over the next three seasons.

Corey Maggette is an underrated guy. But then again I think his strongest attribute is coming off the bench in the bonus and attacking the line every possession. Dude knows how to rack up fouls against the other team and get to the line. You play him like that he could have 20 points in like 12-15 minutes of actual play

Corey was a very efficient scorer, great at getting to the line and getting opposing teams in foul trouble. It's why he would be such an asset to a good team.

I think, though, that at his age he can't get to the rack as well and he's suffering for it. He's finishing around the rim the worst of the past five years and he's shooting way more from 16-23 feet than any point in his career.
