Does anyone have advice on how to be more comfortable, making it less likely you'll wake up, other tips, on sleeping?

I'm lucky to get more than 3 hours of sleep in a row a night.

Netflix

Seriously, I've slept so much better since getting Netflix. Laying down late at night watching something is so comfy.

I would say get drunk, but I know that's not real advice. And it only helps me a little, I'll still have issues sleeping because I got so used to having someone in my bed with me that I'm still having trouble sleeping alone. It sucks.

Sleeping alone doesn't help, yeah.

Also, I tend to sleep with music on, so it's kinda like Netflix. I can't sleep with a video on, only music.

I guess it seems obvious, but do you have a good bed? How's the temperature? Are you sleeping in something comfortable? Melatonin helps actually getting to sleep.

Also, yeah. The bed is kind of important. What is your mattress like?

I've heard it said that if you exercise during the day, you'll sleep better at night, but I can't confirm that.

My bed's actually kinda bad. It's a futon mattress folded in half so that it's more padded. It's probably the biggest thing that's stopping me from getting a great sleep.

Honestly I have a lot of trouble sleeping myself. Personally I smoke weed, but I know you might be against that, but if you're not, it's the best advice anyone can give.

Though I almost never actually do it, I find making the bed actually makes it a lot comfier and easier to fall asleep in.
