Akiha Tohno (Tsukihime) - is one of the five heroines of Tsukihime. Sixteen years old at the beginning of the story, Akiha is the head of the prestigious Tohno family and a student of the elite Asagami Private Girls Academy. Born into the prestigious Tohno family, Akiha lived a sheltered childhood under the strict supervision of her father Tohno Makihisa and was seldom allowed to go outside the mansion to play. One day while she quietly waited for her tutor to arrive, her adopted brother, Shiki, took her hand, inviting her to play with him and the other children at the mansion. Thanks to Shiki she was able to experience at least some semblance of the joys of childhood.
Arcueid Brunestud (Tsukihime) - is one of the five main heroines of Tsukihime, and often considered its "main" or "default" heroine - in any case, she is the most popular Tsukihime heroine. She is the eponymous Tsukihime. Aside from her own route in the game, she is the character with the largest role in a route not her own, that of Ciel. However she makes nearly no appearance in Akiha, Hisui and Kohaku's routes, while Ciel does make some limited appearances.
Hayate Yagami (Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha) - is one of the main characters of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's Hayate's magic works slightly differently than that of Fate or Nanoha, in the fact that the closest thing she has to "familiars" are the Wolkenritter and her "weapon" is the Book of Darkness. She uses a mix of the Mid-Childa and Belka magic systems, but in the manga, identifies herself more with the Belka side. According to the latest chapter of Force, she seems to have been given the nickname "Living Lost Logia". Hayate is a kind individual who treats those who would otherwise not be considered human well, and who believes that causing harm to others, whatever the reason, is unacceptable. She is cheerful most of the time, but often hides any pain she is feeling from those close to her.
Lise/Riesz(Seiken Densetsu 3) - is princess of the mountainous Wind Kingdom of Laurent (Rolante in the fan-translation), and captain of its Amazon army. After her mother, Minerva, dies while giving birth to her younger brother, Elliott, Riesz vows to take care of him. However, two mysterious ninjas from Nevarl, Bill and Ben (which are ironically former friends of Hawkeye), discreetly trick Elliott into turning off Laurent's protective winds and kidnap him. With the winds gone, Nevarl attacks Laurent with a cloud of sleep powder and kills its king, Joster. Devastated, Riesz makes her escape.
Winifred Burkle (Angel) - was a physics student and member of Angel Investigations, and later the head of Wolfram & Hart's Science Division. In 2004, she became the embodiment for Illyria, one of the Old Ones. For five years, Fred spent an arduous life as a "cow," the Pylean equivalent of a slave. Originally majoring in history, Fred took a physics class with Professor Seidel which inspired her to take another path. Around this time, she began working at Stewart Brunell Public Library. On May 7, 1996, while shelving a demon language book, a curious Fred recited the cryptic text out loud and was accidentally sucked into a dimensional portal to Pylea.
