One thing I want to do is lock the only door with the small chain and then exit the apartment for the last time by a window, that way he won't be able to enter the apartment at all unless he well, breaks the chain.
But that's only one thing, I need moar! I'm thinking of sticking all his dirty dishes (because trust me there will be some on the day I leave I guarantee you) under his mattress.
I need more idea. Oh maybe changing the modem password.
Empty all his condiments and put them in the containers of other condiments, ditto to drinks in the fridge, etc, that'll do it. Also put stuff in the fridge that doesn't go in the fridge.

Find a junkyard with a car similar to his that's going to be junked. Better if it comes pre-junked and crushed. Take some of his stuff and put it in there.

He uses his parent cars, he had a car but he crashed it himself.
Password lock all his files on his computer and maybe scramble them into different folders.

I don't know man, I'm usually a really calm person, who don't give a crap about anything, cheerful and happy go lucky.
But living with this guy has awakened feelings inside me that I had never felt before, like anger (honestly I've never been really angry before, 20 seconds rage at video games doesn't count), I feel like that if someone can causes such huge changes in my persona that he kinda deserves some sort of retribution.
Though I must admit that being angry kinda felt nice after it was done, like I ran from work to home lightning fast, I was limping when I got home but it felt pretty great. The angry feeling itself sucks though.
