I watched Season 1 back when it was on and the only video game related challenge they did was when it was down to the final 3 they had to traverse an Uncharted style obstacle course, then complete the train stage in Uncharted 2

Also lol that they reprimanded him for "self-promotion" when this whole thing is just self-promotion for Sony, AND they put his name as one of the video search tags but not any of the other contestants


IGN has this indie game reality show that just started that seems terrible in the same ways. They kicked off what was easily the best team with the most creative idea, now it's all s***ty knockoffs of already existing games. Hopefully since Cross Assault has a bunch of sincere FGC people producing it it won't have some of these issues

You realize this is a GAME SHOW to get a Q/A testing job, right? There's no way you can spin that so that it's NOT a joke. It's not like it's hard at all to get a Q/A job... you don't even need a college degree. Hell, even a couple of b8ers are testers.

The contestants are just doing this for the fame/money, so it really doesn't matter what they do as long as it's entertaining.
