That is the most reason I have had to follow someone's tumblr ever. Now we just need to have someone record Nicolas Cage reading Homestuck for the perfect experience.

I just found a fun way to spend a couple of minutes. Started by typing Rufio in google image search. Added a 'o' to search rufioo, then rufiooo, and kept on adding 'o's to discover that the more you add, the more drastic the ratio in Homestuck fanart results.

The first one to *not* return any results at all was Rufi with 47 "o" at the end. Then we get more results at 50, 55, 57 (picture of an ant with cookies?), 64, 66, 67, 71, 72, 96, 101, and I lost count from there because someone started talking to me and I had to leave the computer for a moment.

This is what I was thinking. I was just wondering when they were going to show up, and I would imagine that that should be before the end of Act 6 Act 2, or "soon" as has been said.

In other news, the Dante Basco thing is highly amusing. I wonder what he will think of his role in the story.

I'd say it's probably equal to Cascade for me as far as amusement. Possibly even more. It would be difficult for me to find words to express how amused I have been today while tabbing between tumblr, twitter, and forum pages.

The one thing that stands out then is the meteor that's bearing down on Dirk. If they're years in the future (but not many), then I wonder why meteors are still falling? Unless that's a mislead and it's actually a spaceship or something.

Also, I couldn't have picked a worse time to find and post that twitter post to the forums. 10 seconds before finding out there's an update incoming is like, a definite way for information to instantly become unimportant in the scope of fan speculation.

Meteors fall throughout the entire timeline of the planet. Remember the Handmaid?

The Handmaid was kind of an oddball. She was an Ancestor delivered too late (most likely due to Scratch's necessities/meddling).

But anyways my point is that the meteors that specifically target the houses of the players become "seeds" that sprout into the terminals that the exiles use. If the land in the future, then the terminals will exist at different parts of the timeline even later in the future.

It just seems kind of weird, but since Skaia can interact with Earth at any point at its timeline then I guess anything is possible. Just...odd.
