This review does make it sound like the second half of the game is much better than the first half

given the quality of writing i can understand why Heath Hindman is reviewing for playstationlifestyle.net

each of the first four paragraphs can be reduced to 'there are good and bad aspects to this' while offering absolutely no insight or displaying no critical thinking, while in the fifth paragraph Hindman spends every sentence telling us how derivative Noel is. okay.

I'm kind of curious to see how bad the story supposedly is. I mean "perhaps the worst" is pretty strong words when some of them were so bad I'd be surprised if XIII-2 had a worse story.

FFX-II had a **** story and an amazing combat system, it's hated to hell.

This one has the same major quality and the same major flaw, wonder if it'll be received similarly.

Everyone knows X-2's story is **** and the battle system is fun. People enjoy it for what it is. Don't see how this is different.
