I didn't feel like waiting to see if Staraptor would be saved since it could've meant losing Salamence depending on the saves. It would be awful if Altaria and Gyarados got saved instead of both.

To be fair I took the same gamble (which had the same results) with Emolga, but at the time Emolga was my 8th favorite left. It just struck me as odd that you'd risk your 2nd favorite like that with only two other options up for elimination, hence the "WHAT!?"
