This division won't have a runaway winner, I think. Zazi will do better than the rest for sure, but this division has 6-7 midcarders. The battle to stay out of elimination will be fierce.
This division certainly is no good. Inviso will get a +3 from Vlado but that won't be enough to save her from losing. Santa has regained enough stature here to make it out of the first round, and 3-6 is a crap shoot.

This is another division in which there will be a battle to escape elimination. I have a feeling that 6-9 are all going to end up incredibly close in the results. I am also unsure about Football, Crim, and KCF. I think that they could honestly end up in any order.
Whoa what is this division. I am so indifferent about most of the users in this group and I have a feeling that the voters will feel the same. TimJab will still grab his share of the downvotes, so I am doubtful he can escape this division. He would have been lucky to be in the same division with another controversial or hated user.

At first I thought that this division was weak. Then I started ranking people and realized that there are some decent strength contenders here. Mer should run away with this division, but I expect Anri, Menji, and Caelus to all put up strong fights for second place.
I am thoroughly convinced that this division is the strongest round 1 division that there is this year. Any of the top 4 would be in contention to win some of the other divisions, and 5-7 all are fairly popular in their own rights. LMS would even probably avoid elimination had he not been in this group. I feel like he would get a good amount of joke votes, but unfortunately he's been pretty quiet lately.
I have Rock as my second place upset pick just because voltch hasn't been as prominent recently.

Star: red13n. Mods get a pretty tough rap on this board, but red was able to overcome that and take second place.
Nah, it's just an ngirl thing. She's the only mod who has actually struggled in UotY. TRE is another mod who has done well in UotY in the past. In the past 2 years, he has made it to round 3 both times. Last year, he had first place in round 1 and second place in round 1 back in 2010 (Ed Bellis was in that division).

Ness26's UotY history consists of making it to round 3 last year, while he was still a mod. He made it to round 2 back in UotY 2010. And before he was ever a mod, he was eliminated in round 1 back in UotY 2007, which was his first UotY contest.
