He thought there was no possible way it would be aired and they'd throw the whole thing out. The guy played his game perfectly and had a perfect bid on contestant's row. Drew thought he was cheating and didn't want to give him the satisfaction, I guess.

The perfect bid controversy is a bit more complex

The guy who won was looking at one guy in the audience the entire time for his guesses, and that guy is a regular in the community or something, and pretty much has most of the prizes memorized.

I would deadpan it too if a guy just listened to one Price is Right nerd the entire time and robbed other people any joy or chance of winning
