FF13 has the two highest-ranked females by far? Huh. (Not precisely complaining, it does have an unusually strong female cast for the series, albeit not my favourite female character overall.)

3/10 for Selphie. Kinda annoying, contributes nothing of value like most FF8 background characters.

Erm. Favorite female in series, and 3rd favorite overall, behind Locke and Snow (ONLY Locke gets a 10 from me). I just love Selphie's somewhat insane attitude and antics (jumping off a cliff, "Blow it to smithereens with a rocket launcher!?" and controlling a spaceship with no prior experience with predictable "Selphie sitting in the pilot seat" all come to mind), and I like her limit for more than her specials. Even if her RNG for that has been oh so kind to me before. *spun The End on X-ATM092 once...*
