Anagram, go back to your PS3 love fests. This is not a joke. True gamers would not say "Oh greatest rivalry? Oh how about Pokemon trainer red. vs. blue!!!"

They would say things like Mario vs. Bowser, and Link vs. Ganon. Or people like your friends who were born in the 90s whose first RPG was FF7 would say "OMG CLOUD VS. SEPHIROTH!!!!!!"

True gamers? I guess we're taking that term beyond people who just play CoD and s*** now? -_- And unless you're referencing other posts, he only noted that they were a legitimate, actual rivalry. Which they explicitly are, whereas the other pairs still alive are only Protagonist and Antagonist. I'm sure you could make an argument for Mario and Bowser's probably called him a rival during some RPG or something, but Cloud and Sephiroth is definitely not a rivalry.
