Gamestop's buy 2 get one free thing combined with some leftover credit I had.

I just bought a PS3 a few weeks ago and all I owned up to this point was the GoW Collection and GoW 3. Just finished GoW 3 yesterday.

I'm trying to collect all the "must have" PS3 exclusives. Any suggestions besides the obvious ones? I finished MGS4 at a friend's place when it came out, so that's low priority.

We'll see if I like it enough to call it the best series of the gen. Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed are gonna be hard to top. But I'm definitely looking forward to it!

I should probably finish some of the other games I'm playing before I start it, though.

Can't speak for 2, but WKC1 is all kinds of awful.

Uncharted is definitely the best series this gen. Just remember that even if you get a bit frustrated in 1, 2 is pretty much better in every single regard.

Yeah, Heavy Rain is a must play, but I'd only get it if it's under $20...or rent it.

It has replay value for some people (basically the 'must get all achievements' type people), but I found myself enjoying it about half as much when I attempted to replay it, and otherwise the game is only going to last you a week.

Already played and finished El Shaddai on 360. Fun game, but not something I'd buy. Definitely worth renting.

I assume you're not a Power-up Pro member at Gamestop but if you are then you're going to feel silly when they all go on sale next week! Gamestop has a calendar of deals for December and, while they haven't shown what the deal is yet, the 12th has a picture of Nathan Drake.

I am, actually. It depends on how much the sale is. I mean, I may still win out.

Regardless I still have my receipt so I can just take 'em back since it'll be within a week. Then I can just take advantage of whatever that sale is, probably at another Gamestop to avoid any complications. We'll see, I guess.

I ended up paying less than 60 for all three as well, but I got them over the course of a year. I bought Uncharted and Uncharted 2 new off Glyde last year for 27 bucks total (7 dollars for UC1, 20 dollars for UC2), and I got Uncharted 3 off Black Friday 28 dollar sale at Walmart.

I don't know if they're any good or not, but don't buy WKC1. WKC2 comes with WKC1, and it's an improved version that supposedly fixes some of the original version's problems, so it'd just be a waste of money.

God of War Collection, God of War Origins Collection and God of War III. Another amazing series only on Playstation.

If you're into FPS games, look into the Resistance series and Killzone 2 and 3.
