~~Draft Rules~~ 1.) You are drafting a 25 man roster. Each team must have a 3 man rotation, a closer, and a 9 man lineup with DH. I would also heavily suggest a bullpen and a bench for injuries and such.
2.) This game came out in July of 2011. There was also an October roster update, though how much that changed players is unknown. I would expect (though I can not confirm) that stats are primarily based on 2010 stats. Draft at your own risk.
Please note, I have boosted several breakout/comeback players from 2011. They are all highlighted in bold on the spreadsheet. These are edited to give a more reasonable idea of their talent level, not their perforamnce this year. Do not expect Brett Lawrie to hit like Albert Pujols.
3.) For the first 10 rounds, this is a typical snake draft (1-->12, then backwards 12-->1, and back and forth). For rounds 11 through 15, each manager will get two picks each time they come up in the draft. The last 5 picks will be "free for all"
4.) Trading picks is allowed. You can also trade players you have drafted already for picks/players. No trading for future years. Any trade can be vetoed by 7/12 managers if it is not in the spirit of the league.
5.) All eligible players to be drafted are listed in the spreadsheet listed above. If they're not in there, tough luck you missed your chance.
6.) You will have 12 hours from the previous manager's pick to make your pick. If you run to time, the draft will continue. You will be allowed to draft whenever you return from remaining players.
7.) QUEUES ARE WELCOME! If you do not think you will be available to pick, you can message me a queue and I will pick for you.
For example, if you're 3 picks away, go with "1.) Babe Ruth, 2.) Ted Williams, 3.) Hank Aaron, 4.) Barry Bonds" as well as "Wait" or "Right Away". Then when your turn comes up I'll either pick for you right away if you're not on AIM, or wait til your time has run down to make your pick.

8.) After this, you'll set your lineup, rotation, bullpen roles, pick a stadium, pick a team name, and then we can get this season started and you'll do very little work the rest of the season.

~~Friendly Tips~~ This game will be played in MLB Bobblehead Pros, for XBox Live. Here are some tips specifically related to this game.
1.) There are very few walks this game. Be careful drafting guys who rely heavily on their plate discipline for value.
2.) It seems that pitchers very rarely last past 6 innings, and I've mostly been simming with top pitchers. A good bullpen will likely be essential.
3.) Homers seem to be similar to most of the other Power Pros games (multi homer games for top hitters are not rare).
4.) Again, see the above note about determining player stats. Even if a player has good stats, they might not translate to the game (lol Felix Hernandez in B8BL4 despite fantastic stats). Add in a 16 game regular season sample size and results can be crazy. Draft at your own risk.

Saito is the only one we shared. He's probably the only among the five that won a ring without being drafted.
Podsednik has to be the least deserving of the five. He did next to nothing for me and I think he probably only appeared in just a handful of games over the season.
