Ready for there to be tons of controversy here, no matter what I decided to do?

Axew is out. When I posted the tiebreaker I had not fully read the post-round drama to understand what happened - I thought that XIII edited his post due to a timing constraint, not to change who he posted. I completely understand his point, however he saved Emolga. Accidently, yes, but he still saved it, it was safe, Axew is out. I would much, much rather remove Emolga from the contest, but that's not fair, even though Axew won the (unnecessary) tie breaker.

All I ask - please no whining. No matter what I did here people wouldn't be happy. If you want to rage!quit XIII, fine, just don't make a scene, please. Sorry.

Rules:
2 saves per hour.
It takes NINE saves for a Pokemon to be safe.
One save per Pokemon per user. No alts.
No editing or deleting posts when 10 or less pokémon are unsafe.
-No exceptions.
-If your original post is not on time MAKE A NEW ONE.

The least you could do is ban junk_funk, because quite frankly he broke the "no whining" rule more fragrantly than anybody ever has, including me. That at least would be satisfactory, since he way ovetstepped the mark yesterday

No. That was only due to junk_funk discounting four Axew votes from voters that had nothing to do with the previous round. Discounting Inviso's and Squirrelgate's votes was completely understandable. Discounting DoctorBIind's, mcflubbin's, etc. completely frivolous. Axew won the tb fair and square, but the tb was made under false pretenses and thrown out. I believe that sums up what happened.

I've only banned people for being alts. The no whining rule only went into play for the tiebreaker because I already didn't know what to do and was tired of reading hundreds of posts. I don't consider it giving him a "free pass" - he didn't break any rules that affected the round.

No - that's all I *have* banned people for. I'd ban people for rallying / vote trading if it happened. But, to my knowledge, it hasn't. Things that directly affect the elimination/contest is worth getting banned over. Whining, as annoying as it is, isn't.

Hell, if I remember right the last contest had a "No bashing Pokemon" rule but he never enforced it. It was just to try to avoid the headache.
