Having just gone back and read the topic, the proper thing to do would have been to eliminate Axew right away. It's pretty standard that once the round ends, you can't go back and edit a save. That's what happened. It's inherent in all Save My's, regardless of whether a rule about it exists or not.
In the end, all I take away from this is that XIII is being a doofus (what's new :p), and that MI shouldn't have implemented a tiebreaker (bad hosting lol :p).
Anyway the round wasn't over. As the final saver, my will should be adhered to. The decision of who should be eliminated was mine, I typo'd and corrected it immediately.
And the reason I implemented the tie-breaker was I misunderstood what happened in the previous round. I thought XIII edited his post due to posting too early - I didn't read all 100some posts afterwards. From what I saw, I thought Axew-Emolga were tied 7-7, then XIII edited his post to be after the DELETED post of monsters. To me, I thought monster had the deciding vote but XIII was arguing his Axew vote should count, even though it was edited to after monster.
And admitting you made a mistake and taking it back is actually a sign of maturity, XIII. Not surprised that you don't see the difference though - you have been arguing your mistake is valid for nearly a full day now.
XIII you make doofus posts all the time. I can't thoroughly explain it. It's just a reoccurring aspect I get from you.
It's not bad - well, at first it kinda peeved me, but then when I saw you compete your heart out in the WWYD? challenge you became more endearing and now I don't think negative of you. You became a more fleshed out user to me.
I admitted I made a mistake, that's why I rallied for the tiebreaker and not Axew being safe as a compromise. this is the fairest method and it makes the whole thing clear. there can be no dispute that Emolga's progress was unclean, dirty - the tiebreaker decisively showed Axew is more popular and should, thus, progress. It still happened, even if you want to say it didn't count.
Honestly I think given junk_funks disgusting behaviour and the wholly unnecessary s*** he said to me - when all I did was question why he had such a vested interest - warrants a ban. I think as a regular voter and contributor to this contest who you just screwed over, the least you could do is ban that piece of crap.

Seriously? I only skimmed the two topics, but I didn't see anything remotely offensive enough to warrant junk being banned. Perhaps you could point out these posts.

GenesisSaga saved the day! - Haste_2 I wanted a sig as awesome as I am. :3

I was screwed and I am unhappy with MI's response and the complete refusal to even punish junk_funk. Lol @ there being a no whining rule you refuse to even enforce when people break it

Something about giving him very specific instructions on how to remove a stick from his butt xD
What makes this situation sticky is that a tiebreaker was implemented and Axew won. From an impartial third-person perspective, it's never fair to do something like that and then not follow through on the results. That's a big issue in my opinion in terms of being "fair".
Initially Axew should have been eliminated, brain fart or not. However, the tiebreaker means that he shouldn't. However, the host ultimately can do whatever he wants, and because he eliminated Axew, it is what it is (loopy results).
There's no good reason junk should be banned, though. Arguing isn't bannable. That's just ludicrous and acting on emotion, which is separate from logic.

Saying I had a stick up my arse, saying I was his least favourite person on gamefaqs (lol?), that's just off the top of my head. The guy whined more than me, at least I had a point. Junk was just talking for the sake of it, saying worthless s*** about me. I can't believe someone like that can simply be allowed to continue.
Actually, technically "Now we got randoms deciding the contest who think this is some sort of final. It should be over when 1 Poke was left" IS whining, so if that rule really held any water, then yeah, do what you wish.
Ultimately, it's up to MI, and I think he's already made his decision.

Never ruined anything before. I was never banned from voting by Chich so it is quite clear he agreed that I did not rally. I'm not sure I ever even posted the link, lmao.
Honestly it is quite clear you are bitter about that contest because of the influx of new voters in the latter rounds ruined your little "plan". So much so that you STILL bring up my non-rallying and you had to make a little passive-aggressive rule in this series (DON'T TEST ME).
My opinionz in case anyone cares. 1. junk was a jerk. 2. Being a jerk isn't banworthy, but it is lame. I dunno how anyone can read junk's posts last night without going, "Wow, this guy is lame." 3. But Axew should be out. The way I see it, once the round has ended, it's too late to change anything. It was still a valid save, even if unintentional and a mistake.
