Like, I know that back in the early part of the 1900s and up until like 1950, everyone wore hats while out, but now only a fraction of people wear them.

I prefer to not wear hats unless I expect to be out in the sun for 4+ hours. However, I have the kind of hair that is looks like I just rolled out of bed if the wind is significant for the time period that I am out. So, I have been wearing hats a lot in the late summer/fall thus far.

I am getting my hair cut in about a week so I hopefully won't have to keep wearing the same three hats any longer

I wear my Blues cap sometimes still, often when my hair is too messy to fix and I have to go out somewhere for a bit.
