Nah, Zecora is Tabitha St. Germain, aka Rarity/Luna, and it doesn't look like she has a lot of other roles from things I've heard of. Given that she only seems to do stuff for little kids' shows (like previous versions of MLP) it's amazing how talented a voice actress she is.

"This is the first episode in season two where one of the main characters is missing, in this case Rarity. She did feature in the episode's script, but her scene was cut. In the script, she is still working on her costume when Twilight takes Luna to her to get a makeover and help her look less intimidating. Rarity overdoes her outfit so much that Luna tears it off. I'm finally watching the first season (up to episode 23 right now).

Fluttershy & Rainbow Dash are constant god tier.

Then it's Twilight, but she can range from around third to the bottom of the pack depending on how annoyingly awkwardly she is.

Pinkie is fourth if only because her over-the-top bubbliness just isn't all that great when that's all she has going for her.

Rarity is fifth because even though she's annoying, her drama queen act can be fun.

Applejack is hellasixth, because goddamn is she boring.

Yeah, to date, the number of episodes that revolve around a character:

Twilight: 8
Rarity: 5
Fluttershy: 4
Pinkie Pie: 3
Rainbow Dash: 3
Applejack: 3

There are a few I didn't count that were debatable, but they were mostly Twilight episodes and it's pretty well established that she is the most important character. Pinkie, Dash, and Applejack all need more episodes, except Applejack is the most boring so I really don't care about her as much.

You can't just count the episodes that revolve around one character, because most episodes have 2-3 character to revolve around, and if you give half-points to those, I think Pinkie goes up way more and Applejack is clearly at the bottom.

I did actually give this some thought, but I still agree with the way I did it - I think Friendship is Magic part 2 is still really strongly about Twilight, it's completely about Twilight forming a bond with all of the other characters figuring out that friendship is magic. Return of Harmony part 2 is kind of close to being a Twilight episode, but there are too many parts that aren't really focusing on Twilight, I feel like it's more of a straight-up ensemble cast episode whereas FiM part 2 is ensemble but it's revolving around Twilight almost the entire episode.

And yeah it's hard to handle episodes where Twilight just has a lot of screentime for the hell of it. She also has more screentime than Fluttershy in Dragonshy, but it's clearly not a Twilight-centric episode.
