The transmission also died, and it cost $2,000-$3,000. That said, she paid nothing, Kia did. Amazon Prime for example. You can just go online to Xbox.com or whatever and change your settings. Just call, keep pressing 0 or whatever until it connects you, tell them you want to speak to someone in America, then tell them what's wrong.
