It changes some conversations (your chat with Maggie Chow is almost entirely different, for instance) and he does show up later in Hong Kong to give you some info about what's been going on back in the States. And instead of Savage contacting you at Area 51, it's Paul.

Other than that, no.

I used to spawn active LAMs over everyone in that and spawn grey aliens in their place. It was a lot livelier.

I think we were deking you out. I don't know if I was involved.

While I loved the game's story, it was because it was very well done and in depth, not because it was a surprise twist ending. I could have guessed most of the plot by the end of Liberty Island.
