You seriously underestimate the number of lurkers in this and any other community. I find it hard to believe that anyone you don't recognise was automatically part of a board rally. Don't really care about the result either here, for the record (I think I voted for FE? Would have if I voted, I already don't remember. But I don't feel strongly).

Anyway, I do like S5 a lot, but Chrono Trigger. Basically feel this one lives up to hype; there are about half a dozen RPGs I like more, yeah, but S5 isn't quite in that tier to me. Maybe if the gameplay/loading times/polish were less horrible! The game does have pretty close to the best RPG plot ever.

I'd say rallying on a "bigger" contest is a lot lamer, insofar as the contest would STILL be pointless but rallying would require more than 40 seconds of effort.

I mean, seriously, it took me about as long to type this post as to make two rally topics.

Oh I'm not saying it's weak because of the time taken.

In fact in terms of time to vote swaying potential you max out here because of the lowish votals.

But I mean considering the vote totals in a rallied match vs non rallied the contest kinda just seems pointless now unless someone cares to rally whoever Fire Emblem is against. In a bigger contest you have a bigger vote pool of people who would be willing to counter rally and you also have a bigger deficit to rally through so it's more interesting, at least.

But whatever. Fire Emblem is probably a top 5 winner so I can't complain too much.
