Just an incredible event all around, agreed. Evo has never looked so good, and the fighting scene has never glowed so brightly as today. And we've got a lot of stuff to look forward to for next year: the Top 2 to 4 coming back with a vengeanced for AE Rebalanced or the final SFIV release, UMvC3 leveling the playing field for everybody, possibly a new Guilty Gear (I can dream, right? Imagine the hype if Ishiwatari came out with it before Evo), Skullgirls...it's a good time to like them fightan games.

Yeah, next year's going to have WAY too many god tier fighters. AE will be rebalanced, UMvC3 will be at it's peak, SFxT will be making waves, TTT2's gonna be there too, and who knows, maybe we'll see a new GG by then! (Wishful thinking.)

They had like 1500 for Marvel and AE this year already <_< If the new ST/Tekken crossover(s) and Tekken Tag Tournament come and attract big crowds they definitely will need to lengthen the event, it was already having to go a fair way past midnight this year just to fit everything in.

They wouldn't do this. Too many players enter multiple tourneys.

a week is too long. four days would be sufficient. they did a great job with three this year. we miss a lot of stuff on the stream because of how many matches are going on at once, but what can you do? the only alternative would be to make it invite only and that would really kill it.

Solution: find another streamer to work with spooky and do multiple feeds for the really big events.

...Man, and the worst thing is that I'm not even completely joking here. EVO has grown so much it could probably swing it in one or two years.
