I wouldn't bet on that. McGahee was a very high paid 3rd down back, worth the cut IMO. Heap is always hurt. Mason is old.

Worthy cuts in my opinion, and any other team would be lucky to have them, just not all of them together.

You def is fine without Asomugha. History has shown that you never want to make your CB one of your highest paid players, it never works out.

If I were you, I would be much happier if they filled that cap space with good players instead of one great player.

They should honestly re-sign Mason. He may be old, but he is still a great #2 or 3 option

The way I see it though, in a season that you are competing for a super bowl, there is absolutely no reason to cut veterans when you are already below the cap unless you have a big plan for that money.
